Any client and member reviews and testimonials provided can be published on this site and other online/offline platforms associated with CoachJosef.com and CLG Fitness for the purpose of marketing and brand building.

Photographs that you send to us (before and after pictures, for example) can be used for, and not limited to,  social media post, blog posts, and online and print media.

This information is only collected by us when you choose to supply it to us. You do not have to supply any personal information to us, but, we may not be able to operate our services without this information/data.

Virtual personal training and coaching sessions and the Virtual Group Workout classes (Tactical Fit Online) are facilitated by the Zoom Cloud Meeting platform. Your data may be stored through Zoom’s data storage, databases and the general Zoom applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  We strongly advise you to review the Zoom.us Privacy Policy.

Subscription, plan, and booking payments are processed through the Square and Stripe credit card processing processing platform, and PayPal. Your data may be stored through their respective data storage, databases and the general applications of Square and PayPal. Zoom Recordings

All recordings of virtual classes, sessions, and workouts via Zoom are restricted to paying clients and members of CLG Fitness and CoachJosef.com and will not be commercially distributed.  Upon request, the recordings are provided to the paying clients and members, who are eligible to receive the recordings, in the event of a missed class or event.  All Zoom recordings will have the instructor spotlighted, not identifying the participants of the session, unless agreed upon prior to or during the session by the instructor and participants. All best efforts will ensure that all participants are muted throughout the recording; however, it the client/member's responsibility their microphones are muted.

Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our servers immediately.
